Listing Options and Search Results


All listings are provided at a single level, referred to as a Premium Listing.

However, advertisers also have affordable upgrade options for greater impact.
 
For example, their listing can be professionally created and maintained by our webmaster (called a Managed Listing). They are also able to list specials when available and have options to be listed as a featured supplier by Category, State or even on the Front page of the site.
 
These options allow advertisers to really maximise their advertising impact and exposure!

The Wedding Finder web site search engine sorts the results of a user’s search according to the duration of the listing. So, for example, a listing purchased in July 2007 will always appear before a listing purchased later, say in August 2007.

Q: Should I select the DIY or Managed Option?
 
A: Wedding Finder provides two options for our advertisers and we recommend selecting the Managed Listing for a small additional fee (which includes the setup fee).
 
DIY Listing
The adv
ertiser is supplied with a username and password to enable them to log in to our Content Management System database and create their own listing, subject to compliance with our standards. The advertiser has the freedom to change or update their listing as often as they like, uploading up to four pics and inputting specials at any time.
 
All listing changes are reviewed by the Wedding Finder administrator and approved or modified if not in compliance with the guidelines.
 

Managed Listing
We provide the advertiser with a professionally managed listing. Our own webmaster will create your listing from material supplied (or can source it from your own web site) and create a professional listing for you that is guaranteed to be in compliance with our standards. Your complete satisfaction with your finished listing is assured.
 
In addition, you will also be entitled to updates on your listing at any time throughout the year at no extra cost (up to 5 requests per year) enabling you to ensure your information/pics always remain fresh and up to date – simply email the instructions and it will be done – easy!
 
Note: Listing of special offers are not included in the managed listing option, the advertiser will need to contact the Wedding Finder admin or add specials themselves.
 
 
Q: Are there any other site advertising options available?
 
A: Subject to approval and availability, there may be other avenues to advertise on the Wedding Finder site, for example;
